MLP OC: Neon

This is my first (and probably only) MLP;FiM OC. Her name is Neon. She has a green glowstick cutie mark and a matching glowstick hanging around her neck. She's a lazy tomboy (like Rainbow Dash) but will do ANYTHING for food or new stuff that glows. I plan to figure out how to draw ponies and draw her properly.
